The Organizational Development consultant is a strategic partner responsible for leading high-level facilitation and driving impactful solutions at the organizational level. This role leverages data to measure success, advance our Leader Led Culture system, and ensure our work aligns seamlessly with client needs through collaboration and innovation. With a proactive mindset, this position navigates complex challenges, offering thoughtful insights and taking decisive action to deliver results efficiently. This person is an expert in group process facilitation with a proven ability to gain executive buy-in in the training room and consultative conversations.   • Partner with executive teams to define organizational core values and leadership capabilities, facilitating candid discussions, challenging assumptions when needed, and driving alignment around next steps.
  • Implement feedback from client evaluations to continuously improve facilitation quality and participant satisfaction
  • Facilitate with excellence, maintaining control of the room while fostering open dialogue, collaboration, and reflection
  • Push clients to explore deeper insights and make meaningful changes by challenging assumptions and guiding action-oriented discussions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align training with broader client objectives and organizational priorities
  • Catalyze meaningful behavior change by encouraging and enabling clients to connect training content to their real-world challenges and opportunities

  • Develop innovative products aligned with the Leader-Led Culture System, ensuring consistency with ADVISA’s philosophy and approach

  • Continuously assess and enhance the existing product portfolio, making improvements based on client feedback, facilitator insights, and business priorities
  • Apply a continuous improvement mindset to strengthen product quality, relevance, scalability, and learner impact
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to prioritize product enhancements and innovation efforts that support organizational strategy and client success
  • Actively shape, innovate and enhance ADVISA’s products and frameworks, ensuring they remain innovative, relevant, and responsive to evolving client needs

  • Build trusted relationships across ADVISA, fostering alignment, collaboration, and shared ownership of outcomes that advance company and client goals
  • Partner with peers, Leadership Consultants, entire Delivery team and senior leaders to align on priorities, allocate resources, and ensure initiatives are aligned with organizational strategy

Qualifications:
  • 8+ years working in a client focused, professional services business preferred
  • Experience in a leadership position and/or highly fluent in leadership and organizational development
  • Proven facilitation skills
  • Expert level fluency with all Microsoft products
  • Executive-level communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree required
Time Requirements
  • Minimum of 40 hours
  • Flex Scheduling
    • Must be based in the Indianapolis, Carmel or surrounding areas

Compensation:
  • $100,000 - $115,000 Annual salary
