Job description

Seeking an experienced Quality Change Management Lead to support enterprise-wide quality transformation initiatives. In this role, you'll partner with cross-functional teams to drive adoption, strengthen stakeholder engagement, and ensure successful implementation of large-scale change programs.

What You'll Do

✔ Lead execution of organizational change management (OCM) activities across quality transformation initiatives

✔ Develop and implement stakeholder engagement and communication plans

✔ Conduct change readiness assessments and monitor adoption metrics

✔ Support site-level deployment activities and coordinate with cross-functional teams

✔ Create communication materials, training support content, and stakeholder resources

✔ Facilitate workshops, meetings, and feedback sessions

✔ Activate and support change champion networks across multiple sites

✔ Apply structured change management methodologies to drive successful adoption

Qualifications
Required:

•Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Development, or related field


•5+ years of experience in change management, organizational communications, consulting, or transformation programs


•Experience supporting large-scale organizational change initiatives


•Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and readiness planning experience


•Excellent facilitation, communication, and organizational skills


•Experience leading workshops and cross-functional meetings


Preferred:

•Pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or other regulated industry experience


•Experience with digital or process transformation initiatives


•Knowledge of ADKAR, Kotter, Lewin, or similar change management methodologies


•Experience working in global, matrixed organizations


•Experience supporting enterprise training and communication rollouts


•Experience implementing Veeva Quality Management Systems (QMS), Complaints, or Quality processes


•Experience transitioning from paper-based to electronic quality systems


Preferred Technical Skills
Experience with one or more of the following:

•Prosci, Matae, Tigerhall


•Microsoft Project, Monday.com, Smartsheet, Jira, Airtable


•Microsoft Outlook, PoliteMail, Staffbase


•SharePoint, Canva


•Articulate, Adobe Captivate, Vyond
