Job Title: Workstream Lead SAP - Order to Cash
Position Description: Protingent Staffing has an exciting contract Workstream Lead SAP - Order to Cash with our client located in Lehi, UT.
Job Description:
  • You will be a critical stakeholder in our SAP Transformation program.
  • You will facilitate Order-to-Cash workstream execution by combining deep O2C process expertise and SAP implementation leadership to ensure our solutions are designed, built, tested, deployed, and adopted successfully.
  • You will support functional teams by managing OTC SAP deliverables and timelines for the department, providing business process guidance, resolving cross-functional issues and bottlenecks, and ensuring alignment to program objectives, governance, and SAP best practices.
  • This role is essential in the success of our SAP transformation efforts across Order to Cash and Finance.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Initiate:
    • Drive the Order-to-Cash workstream cadence, governance, and delivery activities
    • Facilitate daily standups, workstream meetings, and issue resolution sessions
    • Serve as communication liaison between O2C sub-teams and cross-functional workstreams
    • Support key design decisions and ensure alignment with business objectives
    • Review solution designs and provide business process guidance
    • Encourage continuous process improvement and SAP best-practice adoption
    • Monitor scope, schedule, resources, and workstream deliverables
    • Collect and report workstream status, risks, issues, and key metrics
    • Support data validation and conversion readiness activities
    • Review demonstrations and provide feedback on solution progress.
  • Design / Build:
    • Translate requirements into the "How" by helping to create functional/technical designs
    • Build working software (configuration)
    • Decompose requirements into actionable tasks and estimating associated effort
    • Report daily status and impediments
    • Maintain Design-Build plan and accuracy in remaining work
    • Participate in demos to show working software to Subprocess Owner
    • Perform functional testing
    • Participate in integration testing and verifying delivered requirements against build goals
    • Drive testing defects to closure
  • Integrate (Test):
    • Support planning and execution of System Integration Testing (SIT)
    • Coordinate integration testing reviews with business and technical stakeholders
    • Facilitate issue triage and escalation management
    • Validate end-to-end Order-to-Cash business scenarios
    • Monitor testing progress and drive defect resolution
    • Ensure cross-functional process integration across Sales, Fulfillment, Finance, Revenue, and Customer Operations
    • Support business simulation activities and readiness assessments
  • Deploy:
    • Support deployment planning and execution activities
    • Coordinate business readiness activities across the Order-to-Cash organization
    • Support training, knowledge transfer, and stakeholder communications
    • Facilitate cutover planning and deployment readiness reviews
    • Perform data validation activities during Dress Rehearsal and Cutover
    • Support Go-Live execution and Hypercare activities
    • Monitor post-Go-Live stabilization and issue resolution
    • Drive adoption of new processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
    • Execute post-Go-Live readiness and deployment activities as required

Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Supply Chain Management, Business or related field
  • 6+ years of experience in Order-to-Cash, Revenue Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, or Business Process Management
  • 5+ years leading SAP, ERP, or large-scale business transformation initiatives in a cross functional environment
  • Deep knowledge of end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes, including Order Management, Billing, Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Cash Application.
  • Experience driving cross-functional process design, business readiness, testing, deployment, and organizational change management activities.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders, drive consensus, and lead teams across business and technology organizations.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with experience managing risks, issues, dependencies, and competing priorities.
