Job Description:

Management Level Definition:

Applies intermediate level of subject matter knowledge to solve a variety of common business issues. Works on problems of moderately complex scope. Acts as an informed team member providing analysis of information and limited project direction input. Exercises independent judgment within defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate action. Follows established guidelines and interprets policies. Evaluates unique circumstances and makes recommendations.

Responsibilities:

  • Writebusiness requirement documents and review functional system design documents and approved for implementation.
  • Developed and work on solutioning requirements. Perform SIT and UAT testing, log defects.Work with IT to retest and close.
  • Work with internal or external teams on cross functional projects such as Pricing, Customer Service, Logistics, Revenue, Finance, etc.
  • Document processes,facilitaterequirementsgathering and design review sessions, develop test scripts.
  • SupportGlobalOM team for troubleshooting and resolving system issues as well as cross functional escalations.
  • Backupfor EDI SME global team, during development, testing, and implementation.
  • Analyze large volumes of data related to Customer Master and Sales Orders throughout test cycles and deployment.
  • Monitor and maintain JIRA stories or ServiceNow tickets for enhancements and projects to ensure resolution.

Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent
  • Typically, 2-4 years' experience using SAP

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Ability to apply analytical, statistics and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of business and order processing tools, systems and practices
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate in storytelling and script writing
