Job description

Join our growing, family-owned company as a Assistant Manager representative, where you will play a crucial role in supporting the Store Manager and ensuring customer satisfaction. We pride ourselves on providing professional and efficient service to our customers, and we are looking for a motivated individual to help us maintain our high standards in the automotive paint, body, and equipment market.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including order processing, backorder management, and product-related inquiries
  • Assist with inventory control and replenishment processes
  • Verify and maintain records of incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Support the Store Manager in maintaining a safe and clean work environment
  • Follow proper paint mixing procedures and maintain mixing room equipment
  • Adhere to waste control procedures and government regulations
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Store Manager
Qualifications
  • High School Education or equivalent
  • Working knowledge of Windows, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Excel, and Word
  • Ability to multi-task, establish, and coordinate work priorities
  • Capable of lifting and moving parts up to 50 lbs and occasionally assisting in moving 500-pound drums
  • Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Knowledge of the automotive paint, body, and equipment market (preferred)
  • Knowledge of the paint mixing process (preferred)
