  • Help ensure customers receive an excellent experience from first contact through final delivery
  • Support marketing efforts such as project photos, social media content, direct mail, and customer outreach

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, account coordination, project coordination, or administrative support
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with consultative selling, problem-solving, and helping customers make decisions
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and follow-through abilities
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Willingness to learn industry-specific tools such as POS, CRM, estimating, and project management software
  • Reliable, team-oriented, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

The following experience is helpful but not required:
  • Sign, graphics, printing, marketing, or visual communications industry experience
  • Familiarity with design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar programs
  • Experience with CRM systems, POS software, or project management tools
