Job description

Batteries Plus is looking for a National Accounts Sales Coordinator to support our National Accounts customers, Commercial Sales team, and store locations. In this role, you'll help ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience through accurate order processing, responsive communication, and proactive problem-solving. You'll work closely with internal teams to manage sales programs, resolve issues, and maintain strong customer relationships that help power our nationwide partnerships.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the main point of contact for store-level National Account inquiries.
  • Respond to customer questions about orders, invoices, returns, and credits.
  • Enter and process orders, quotes, and returns with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Track shipments and update customers and stores on delivery status.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and follow up to resolve order or invoice issues.
  • Partner with internal teams and Accounting to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
  • Maintain and update customer agreements, vendor forms, and contract pricing in internal systems.
  • Prepare sales reports and assist the Commercial Sales team with cross-referencing products and data.
  • Support assigned projects and initiatives that enhance the customer and sales experience.

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Business or related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in order management, sales support, or customer service.
  • Experience with commercial or retail sales environments preferred.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and order management systems.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency.
