Warehouse Packer — Sparks, NV: As a Warehouse Packer, you will support a high-volume cold-chain frozen fulfillment operation, packing customer orders across freezer, dock, and main floor zones. Pay is $20/hr. Full-time schedule targeting 32-40 hours per week. Sunday and Monday availability is required and non-negotiable, with 6:00 AM start times and 10-12 hour shifts on those days. Additional weekday shifts are available with 8-10 hour windows and varied start times. This is a cold environment role: freezer at -15°F, dock at 30°F, and main floor at 40-66°F. Workers must arrive in base layers; the site provides gloves, freezer outerwear, and full cold-weather gear. Closed-toe shoes are required; Crocs are not accepted, and steel-toe is not recommended.

Responsibilities: Pack customer orders across freezer and dock zones following SOPs and order-accuracy standards; manage repetitive lifting, sorting, and movement for 8-12 hour shifts; clock in on site via the geofenced timekeeping system and manage your own timecard entries; maintain a clean, organized work area free of debris and contamination risks; communicate any equipment issues, safety hazards, or scheduling conflicts to your team lead.
