Order packers typically do not earn $1,000,000 annually; such high earnings are usually found in executive, investment, or entrepreneurial roles. High-paying jobs often require advanced skills, significant experience, or ownership of successful businesses. To thrive as an Order Packer, you need attention to detail, organizational skills, and the physical ability to stand and lift for extended periods, with a high school diploma often preferred. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), barcode scanners, and basic inventory tracking tools is typically required. Reliability, teamwork, and time management are essential soft skills for meeting packing deadlines and maintaining efficient workflow. These skills and qualities are crucial to ensure accurate order fulfillment, minimize errors, and support smooth warehouse operations.

Many warehouses provide training on best practices, and successful Order Packers regularly seek feedback to continuously improve their speed and accuracy.
