In this role, you will take ownership of the order lifecycle, managing customer orders against key service metrics such as case fill and on-time delivery. You'll analyze inventory positions, anticipate production timing, and make informed decisions that balance service excellence with operational realities. Beyond execution, this role requires strong analytical thinking and problem-solving. You will serve as a trusted point of contact, ensuring that customer needs are met while maintaining operational discipline.

Analyze incoming orders and investigate and resolve customer issues.
Formulate optimal cost-efficient case-fill and delivery options to meet customers' requirements.
Advise Sales and Brokers of options to maximize service levels with order updates relative to inventory levels.
Work independently to resolve transportation and distribution issues.
Represent Supply Chain in customer collaboration meetings
Ensures adherence to all company policies and procedures.

Experience working with large sets of data and helping make data driven decisions.
Working knowledge of SAP ECC or S4
Experience working cross functionally including sales, supply chain, pricing, quality, and other departments. CPG experience preferred.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is $60,675 to $84,945 annually.
