We are seeking a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service / Administrative Assistant to join our team. The right person will be someone who takes ownership, follows through, and gets things done. You should be comfortable interacting with customers, working closely with a sales team, and handling the details that keep the business running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist customers with payments and inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate customer and order records.
  • Respond to customer questions regarding invoices and pricing.
  • Assist with accounts receivable and other basic administrative tasks.
  • Maintain organized electronic and paper files.
  • Generate PO's for raw material/inventory and weekly production reports.
  • Provide general office and administrative support.
  • Perform other duties as needed to support the team.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-3 years of customer service, office administration, or related experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly SAP Outlook and Excel.
  • Ability to learn company software and order management systems
  • Professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Agriculture or fertilizer industry experience is a plus but not required.
