Accounts Receivable Collections Specialist (Manufacturing)

Location: Grapevine, TX

Schedule: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM

You’ll be a linchpin between customers, sales, production, and logistics—keeping orders accurate, timelines on track, and customers informed. In this role, you’ll manage order entry and adjustments in the ERP, answer inbound questions, coordinate with internal teams, and provide courteous follow-ups on outstanding balances.

A day in the role
  • Begin by reviewing your ERP dashboard for new orders, returns, and adjustments to process.
  • Respond to customer calls and emails, providing status updates on shipping, inventory, and delivery timelines.
  • Partner with production and logistics to align schedules and meet delivery commitments.
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and document outcomes in the system.
  • Support the sales team with quotes, product information, and availability insights.
  • Provide courteous A/R collections support, including friendly reminders on past-due invoices.
What you bring
  • 1–4 years of customer service experience; manufacturing or distribution exposure preferred.
  • Hands-on ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite a plus).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
