Regal Staffing Services is hiring Production Associates for a well-established manufacturing company in the Arlington area. These are immediate openings for reliable, detail-oriented candidates looking for steady work and growth opportunities.
Available Shifts & Pay
  • 1st Shift: Monday–Friday (weekends as needed)
    6:00 AM – 2:00 PM | $16.00/hr
Key Responsibilities
  • Follow written and verbal work instructions to complete electronic assemblies.
  • Use materials and equipment provided by Process Engineering to perform job duties safely and efficiently.
  • Monitor equipment performance and report any malfunctions immediately to a supervisor.
  • Perform required preventive maintenance and complete documentation following Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Meet established quality standards and production goals.
  • Accurately record production data, maintenance activities, and repairs.
Job Requirements
  • Ability to stand for the entire shift.
  • Basic computer skills (mouse, keyboard, screen navigation).
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • 1–3 years of experience in electronics assembly preferred.
  • Manual dexterity to use hands and tools effectively.
  • Ability to follow detailed written instructions.
