Order Coordinator – Part-Time (Boca Raton, FL)

Location: Boca Raton, FL (in-house / on-site)
Schedule: Part-Time | Flexible hours, Monday–Friday
Pay: $16 – $18 per hour

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Order Coordinator to join our team in Boca Raton. This is a part-time, in-house role focused on managing order communications and keeping our Open Order Database up to date.

The ideal candidate will be reliable, tech-savvy, and comfortable handling email communications with suppliers and occasionally with customers.

Responsibilities
  • Send and respond to order-related emails to suppliers (and customers when necessary).
  • Update and maintain the Open Order Database, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
  • Follow up on pending orders, backorders, or delays.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth order flow.
  • Maintain organized records of communications and updates.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in order coordination, data entry, or administrative support preferred.
  • Strong written communication skills (professional email handling).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Excel, Sheets, Email).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
  • Must be available to work in-house at our Boca Raton office.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
