What Youโ€™ll Do:

As an Order Management Analyst, youโ€™ll play a key role in ensuring that our order processes run smoothly and efficiently. You'll be managing and analyzing bulk orders, monitoring inventory and order status, and working closely with teams across operations, planning, and logistics to keep everything on track.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor order progress and provide timely updates to internal stakeholders.
  • Process and manage high-volume order ingestion and modifications.
  • Review orders for accuracy and ensure data integrity across systems.
  • Coordinate with operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Track inventory levels and forecast needs across multiple sales channels.
  • Identify and resolve account issues before they escalate.
  • Collaborate with inventory planning teams for inbound product tracking.
  • Analyze carton quantities and validate shipping data.
  • Interpret large datasets to identify trends, performance insights, and improvement opportunities.
  • Influence the development of new tools and more efficient workflows.
  • Communicate key metrics and findings to leadership and cross-functional teams.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 2+ years of experience in order management, data analysis, or a related role.
  • Experience with CSV uploads.
  • Attention to detail, with accuracy being a high priority.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas, etc.)
  • Ability to interpret complex datasets and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially with leadership teams.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
