Job Summary:

The Regional Scheduling Analyst monitors Orders & Forecast Performance and is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on sales order bookings, forecast accuracy, and business performance trends. This role partners closely with Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to help balance lead times, level load plant(s) volume and provide recommendations for product transfers.

What you will be doing

Order Bookings Analysis

  • Monitor daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly order booking activity.
  • Analyze order trends against forecasts, budgets, and historical performance.
  • Track booking performance by customer, product, and region.
  • Identify order volume fluctuations.
  • Develop reports that provide visibility into booking performance.

Forecast Management & Accuracy

  • Review forecast submissions and compare actual bookings against forecasted demand.
  • Measure forecast accuracy using established KPIs and reporting methodologies.
  • Identify forecast variances and communicate risks and opportunities to leadership.
What will make you successful?
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, sales, forecasting, demand planning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and complex formulas.
  • Experience with Power BI, or similar business intelligence tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
