Job description

Pick And Pack Worker

Responsible to package medication orders efficiently and effectively using appropriate packing materials and ice packs. Process credit card charges in accordance with patient's medication order. Assist patients with issues related to credit cards. Create labels for shipments. Assist, when appropriate, in moving orders to ensure work is completed timely and accurately. Meets quality and productivity targets while ensuring the highest of patient satisfaction. Other duties, as assigned. Ability to lift, push, pull, and stand for extended periods of time. Ability to work a flexible schedule to accommodate heavy work volumes.

Fills orders or issues supplies from stock.

Checks physical condition of supplies/inventory.

Counts materials, documents and other items.

Records numbers, codes or other information.

May use technology (PCs, scanners, etc.) to complete job tasks.
