Job Type: Full Time / Permanent

The A.C.Coy company has an immediate opening for an Oracle Data Warehouse Analyst. Ideal candidates must have a Bachelors degree from an accredited institution, 5+ years of experience in Information Technology, 2+ years of data warehousing in an Oracle data warehouse and strong proficiency in writing/executing PL/SQL.


  • Establish and maintain an effective working relationship across the organization, with leadership, customers, and 3rd party vendors
  • Oversee the deployment of customizations and enhancement requests and provide guidance to the developer teams. Ensure that all system development, change control standards and compliance processes are followed
  • Coordinate and assist in investigating and resolving support issues, technical work across various infrastructure and application support teams
  • Participate in and support system upgrades, deployments, and technology expansions
  • Preserve and improve the cybersecurity posture by keeping the applications and their infrastructure up to date
  • Manage small to large-scale projects working with stakeholders to – plan requirements, manage and track project schedules, monitor budgets, identify risks, and communicate clearly with partners from across the company
  • Lead the discovery, planning and implementation of process improvements in individual or cross-functional areas of responsibilities for continuous optimization of support and testing
  • Collaborate with IT Business Architect to define and maintain application roadmaps
  • Maintain ITIL artifacts (CMDB and support KB articles), architecture diagrams, audit, disaster recovery and various support documentations
  • Pursue continuous learning consistent with the movement in the job requirements and changes in technology

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution  - Required

Experience Required: 

  • Information Technology experience - 5+ years
  • PL/SQL - writing and executing - strong proficiency
  • Data Warehousing in an Oracle data warehouse - 2+ years
  • Exposure or working knowledge of Oracle ERP modules - Finance, Project Accounting, Procurement - Preferred
  • Project Management experience- Preferred
