Job Title: Oracle WMS Lead Consultant

Role Summary
The Oracle Warehouse Management Cloud (WMS) Lead Consultant will lead the design,
implementation, and optimization of Oracle WMS Cloud solutions as part of Oracle Fusion
SCM programs. The role requires deep knowledge of warehouse operations, strong Oracle
WMS functional expertise, and leadership experience delivering large-scale warehouse
transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end Oracle WMS Cloud implementations, upgrades, rollouts, and support engagements
• Act as functional lead for inbound, outbound, internal warehouse operations, and inventory processes
• Conduct detailed business requirement workshops and warehouse process assessments
• Perform fit-gap analysis and design scalable Oracle WMS solutions aligned to business needs
• Configure Oracle WMS Cloud features including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, cycle counting, and replenishment
• Design and implement advanced warehouse strategies such as wave planning, task management, cross-docking, and slotting
• Lead integrations between Oracle WMS Cloud and Oracle Fusion Inventory, Order Management, Transportation Management, and third-party systems
• Collaborate with technical teams on OIC, REST APIs, and interface development
• Lead and mentor functional consultants; review configurations, test scripts, and deliverables
• Plan and execute SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare support
• Act as the primary warehouse domain expert and escalation point for stakeholders
Required Skills & Experience
• 8+ years of Supply Chain / Warehouse Management experience with 4-6 years in Oracle WMS Cloud
• Hands-on experience delivering at least two complete, end-to-end Oracle WMS Cloud implementations, where those implementations significantly transformed the client warehouse or supply chain operations
• Strong understanding of end-to-end warehouse processes and logistics operations
• Hands-on experience configuring Oracle WMS Cloud functionalities
• Experience integrating WMS Cloud with Oracle Fusion SCM modules (INV, OM, TMS)
• Knowledge of barcode, RF devices, and warehouse automation concepts
• Experience in data migration, master data setup, and reporting
• Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills
• Experience working in onsite-offshore delivery models
Education & Certifications
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or IT
• Oracle Warehouse Management Cloud Certification preferred
• PMP / Agile certifications are a plus
Good to Have
• Industry experience in Food Services, Concessions, Retail, eCommerce, or 3PL
• Experience with high-volume or automated warehouse environments
• Exposure to global rollout or multi-country warehouse implementations
