Job Title: Warehouse Specialist I

Location: Lancaster, TX 75134

100% onsite

Duration: 12+ Months Contract


Shift Options:

  • Early Morning Shift: Monday–Friday | 3:00 AM–12:00 PM | $19/hr W2
  • Day Shift: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–2:30 PM | $19/hr W2
  • Day Shift: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | $19/hr W2
  • Evening/Night Shift: Sunday–Thursday | 3:30 PM–12:00 AM | $20/hr W2


Position Summary

We are hiring multiple Warehouse Specialists to support a fast-paced distribution center responsible for receiving, storing, picking, staging, verifying, and shipping medical products. This role requires individuals who are detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a team environment while meeting daily shipping goals.


Successful candidates will perform warehouse operations including order picking, inventory management, product replenishment, trailer loading/unloading, shipping documentation, and operation of warehouse equipment.


Essential Responsibilities

  • Pick, stage, verify, and palletize customer orders for shipment.
  • Cross-check orders to ensure 100% accuracy before shipment.
  • Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently.
  • Perform product put-away and replenish warehouse picking locations.
  • Operate stand-up forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
  • Complete daily forklift inspection reports and perform basic equipment maintenance such as battery charging and watering.
  • Use handheld RF scanners to track inventory movements and warehouse transactions.
  • Verify incoming shipments and accurately store inventory.
  • Pick, check, over-pack, consolidate, and process parcel shipments.
  • Process customer returns, inspect returned products, complete required documentation, and ensure proper inventory placement.
  • Prepare and audit domestic and international shipping documentation for accuracy.
  • Utilize carrier systems and shipping tools to process outgoing shipments.
  • Maintain organized warehouse documentation for daily filing.
  • Perform general warehouse housekeeping and maintain clean picking locations.
  • Follow all company procedures, safety regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Food & Drug Administration (FDA) guidelines, and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) regulations.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives including Safety, Lean, and 5S programs.
  • Work overtime as needed to meet daily and weekly shipping goals.
