  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Utilities applications (CC&B, MDM, MWM, or WAM)
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF)
  • Proficiency in configuration tools, business objects, algorithms, and service scripts
  • Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, Java, XML, and web services
  • Understanding of SOA architecture and integration patterns
  • Familiarity with Oracle database administration concepts
Functional Knowledge
  • Deep understanding of utility industry business processes and meter-to-cash cycle
  • Knowledge of billing, rating, device management, and field service operations
  • Experience with utility regulatory requirements and compliance
  • Understanding of smart metering, AMI/AMR systems, and interval data management
Professional Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Oracle Utilities implementations
  • Experience in at least 2 full lifecycle Oracle Utilities implementation projects
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery in the utilities sector
