Job description

We’re looking for a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with a deep understanding of Project Driven Supply Chain (PDSC) processes within the Utilities industry. This role will lead solution design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Cloud SCM modules, with a special focus on Inventory Management, Costing, and Quality. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead global design workshops to gather requirements for Inventory, Costing, and Quality. 

  • Design/configure Oracle Cloud Inventory and Costing (lot/serial control, PDSC, costing methodologies, etc.). 

  • Implement and optimize Oracle Quality for inspections and compliance. 

  • Create and maintain solution documentation, configuration workbooks, and RTMs. 

  • Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, and external systems teams to ensure end-to-end integration. 

  • Lead all testing phases (CRP, SIT, UAT, etc.) and support change management and training efforts. 

  • Ensure regulatory and internal standards compliance. 

Required Qualifications: 

  • 7+ years of experience with Oracle SCM Cloud (Inventory, Costing, and Oracle Quality). 

  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Quality and PDSC integrations. 

  • Proven leadership in global Oracle Cloud implementations, ideally in the Utilities sector. 

  • Strong documentation, testing, and training delivery skills. 

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. 

Preferred: 

  • Oracle Cloud Certifications in Inventory Management and Costing. 

  • Experience with third-party logistics integrations. 

  • Knowledge of compliance and auditing in Utilities. 

  • Experience with multi-org, multi-country deployments.
