Technology Sales Representative

Our client is seeking a Managed Service Provider (MSP) Technology Sales Representative to identify potential clients, generate high-quality leads, and manage the full sales cycle to achieve revenue targets. In this role, you will sell comprehensive, tailored outsourced IT solutions including cloud services, cybersecurity, network management, and helpdesk support.

The company provides comprehensive, tailored business solutions across South Florida, specifically serving Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach. They are dedicated to delivering the kind of personalized service that larger corporations often cannot provide.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $55,000-$60,000 base with $150,000 OTE
  • Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance

Key responsibilities:

  • Actively prospect, cold call, and network to uncover new B2B opportunities for Managed IT Services across South Florida.
  • Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions to understand a prospect's current IT infrastructure, pain points, and business goals.
  • Partner with internal technical teams to design, pitch, and demonstrate tailored IT solutions and recurring service agreements.
  • Implement long-term account management strategies to ensure client retention, satisfaction, and strategic technology alignment.
  • Maintain strong, trusted-advisor relationships with C-level executives and business owners.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B Tech Sales, specifically within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or IT Services environment.
  • A proven history of meeting or exceeding revenue goals, specifically in closing monthly recurring revenue (MRR) contracts.
  • Strong background in both hunting (Business Development) and farming (Account Management/Client Retention).
  • Solid understanding of core MSP offerings such as cloud computing, backup/disaster recovery, cybersecurity compliance, and network infrastructure. (Background in traditional copier/hardware sales with a strong transition into IT is acceptable).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred.
