We are seeking a skilled Database PL/SQL Developer to design, develop, and optimize data solutions that support business-critical applications, with a strong focus on Sales Planning and Incentive Compensation systems. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Oracle PL/SQL development and experienced in building and maintaining complex data models, ETL processes, and performance-tuned queries.
Design, develop, and maintain PL/SQL procedures, functions, triggers, and packages for data processing and integration.
Work closely with Sales Operations, Finance, and Compensation teams to translate business requirements into scalable database solutions.
Support and enhance Sales Planning and Incentive Compensation (ICM/Xactly, Varicent, or similar) data models and workflows.
Develop and optimize ETL processes for loading and transforming data between internal systems and third-party applications.
Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across all systems and reports.
Collaborate with application developers and business analysts to improve system performance and data accessibility.
Troubleshoot and resolve database performance issues and data integrity concerns.
Document system designs, data models, and database processes following internal standards.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
5+ years of experience as a Database Developer with strong hands-on Oracle PL/SQL skills.
Proven experience in database design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
