Job description

Position Summary

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities with from Ichor's Distribution Network and with Small Direct Customers. This role combines consultative selling skills with strong technical aptitude to understand customer requirements, explain product capabilities, and position solutions that solve business challenges. The individual serves as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle and collaborates closely with marketing, product, engineering, and customer success teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develops and manages a pipeline of qualified opportunities through outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, and account expansion activities.
  • Conducts discovery conversations to identify customer business needs and technical requirements.
  • Presents and demonstrates solutions while translating technical capabilities into business value for customers
  • Coordinates with technical, product and sales teams to develop customer-focused proposals.
  • Maintains accurate Customer Contact data and sales forecasts.
  • Negotiates pricing and agreements while meeting sales objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience; MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of inside sales, business development, or technical sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quota
  • Experience working with customer contact platforms, sales engagement tools, Microsoft Office
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical solutions 
  • Experience selling Semiconductor Components and Systems, engineering, or technical solutions preferred
  • Knowledge of Oracle, Customer Contact integrations, cloud technologies, or enterprise software is a plus

Physical & Other Requirements

  • Work from Tualatin, OR office location
  • Frequent computer and phone usage
  • Ability to sit for extended periods
  • Occasional travel (Training at Ichor locations & customer meetings)
