What you'll do:
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Oracle Cloud Channel Revenue Management (ChRM), Cost Management and related integrations.
  • Lead and maintain end-to-end system administration, design, configuration, integrations, extensions, reporting, and data flows supporting Channel Revenue and Cost Management processes.
  • Maintain system stability, scalability, compliance, and adherence to internal controls.
  • Create and maintain system documentation, configuration guides, training materials, and standard operating procedures.
  • Perform hands-on configuration of Oracle Cloud Channel Revenue and Cost Management applications to support evolving business needs.
  • Manage end-to-end configuration, administration, and support of ChRM and Cost components including:
    • Trade Promotions
    • Supplier and Partner Programs
    • Rebates and Incentives
    • Accrual Management
    • Claims and Deductions
    • Settlement Processing
    • Channel Program Management
    • Costing and Margin Analysis
  • Govern configuration changes by assessing process, integration, and organizational impacts prior to deployment.
  • Develop and maintain OTBI analyses, BI Publisher reports, data models, dashboards, and performance metrics.
  • Ensure data integrity and accurate transaction processing across channel revenue and cost management processes.
  • Lead daily functional support activities, including diagnosing and resolving system, process, and integration issues.

  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities related to accruals, rebates, claims, deductions, settlements and costing.
  • Manage Oracle Cloud quarterly updates, including impact analysis, testing, validation, and deployment.
  • Coordinate with Oracle Support to resolve system defects, service requests, and enhancement opportunities.
  • Provide documentation and system evidence for internal and external audits and compliance reviews.
  • Monitor integrations and data exchanges supporting ChRM and Costing processes and troubleshoot issues with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead requirements-gathering workshops to capture business needs and translate them into functional and technical solution designs.
  • Provide process and system recommendations to support standardization, automation, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead onboarding of business units, channel partners, and acquired companies into Oracle Cloud Channel Revenue and Cost Management processes.
  • Oversee data migration activities including validation, reconciliation, and accuracy checks.
  • Design, develop, and deliver custom reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions, and workflows using tools such as BI Publisher, OTBI, SQL, PL/SQL, VBCS, and Oracle Cloud technologies.
  • Support full project lifecycle activities including design, build, testing, deployment, training, and post-go-live support.
  • Drive adoption of Oracle best practices to maximize business value and minimize customization.
What you'll bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud applications, including significant hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Channel Revenue Management and Cost Management.
  • Proven experience leading full lifecycle Oracle Cloud ChRM and Cost Management implementations.
  • Experience configuring and supporting costing, rebates, claims, accruals, deductions, settlements, and partner programs.
  • Experience developing reports, troubleshooting issues, creating test scripts, and supporting end users.
  • Experience managing enhancements, integrations, data migration, and transformation initiatives.
  • Experience working with sales operations, finance, costing, channel management, or partner program organizations.
  • Experience supporting integrations between ChRM and Costing and ERP, CRM, Data Warehouse, and external partner systems.
  • Deep functional expertise in Oracle Cloud Channel Revenue Management (ChRM) and Cost Management.
  • Strong understanding of channel incentive management, trade promotions, rebates, partner programs, claims, deductions, accruals, settlements and cost Management.
  • Knowledge of Procure to Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, Cost Management and financial impacts of channel programs.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in OTBI, BI Publisher reporting, and dashboard development.
  • Working knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, SOAP services, SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle SaaS APIs, VBCS/VBS, and Redwood personalization.
