TOP THREE SKILLS (10+ years):
1. Comprehensive understanding of Oracle SCP modules, capabilities, and functionalities.
2. In-depth knowledge and experience with planning processes, including demand planning,
supply planning, and capacity planning.
3. Proficiency in demand planning processes, including statistical forecasting, collaborative
planning, and consensus forecasting in Oracle SCP.
FULL SKILL LIST:
• 10+ years of Oracle ERP SCM experience designing, configuring, and architecting ERP
solutions using Cloud SCM products.
• 2+ years of Oracle Cloud SCM consulting experience.
• In-depth knowledge of master data setup and processes related to supply planning.
• Minimum of five (5) full life cycle Oracle SCM implementations, with at least two (2)
focused on Oracle Cloud Supply & Demand Planning.
• Expertise in functional aspects of Cloud Planning application design, configuration,
integration, and deployment.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills for Cloud ERP clients.
• Proficient analytical skills in complex and dynamic environments.

• Write and maintain detailed functional and technical specifications for Cloud Supply Chain
Planning applications and associated business processes.
• Configure Supply Planning Cloud and Demand Planning Cloud applications as needed to
support solution design.
• Leverage expertise in Global Order Promising Cloud and Sales & Operations Cloud (highly
preferred).
• Use a consultative approach in project communications, addressing obstacles and
recommending scalable, value-focused solutions.
• Integrate Supply Planning Cloud and Demand Planning Cloud applications with other
systems and processes.
