Oracle – Engagement Director- Delivery Lead

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to lead our consulting sales process across multiple Oracle SaaS pillars (ERP, SCM, HCM, CX). The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the delivery and sales process, crafting compelling win themes, and engaging with C-level executives to establish trust and become a valued advisor.

This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle's SaaS offerings, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in consultative sales with deep content expertise. You will provide strategic direction and executive delivery oversight for clients, and drive business to achieve revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

You will serve as the executive point of contact for programs at clients, responsible for client satisfaction based on delivery milestones. Maximize opportunities and be accountable for qualifying and closing new business opportunities. Own and develop long-term client relationships on behalf of Capgemini. Provide direction and management of the account team, identifying development needs. Work closely with solutions teams in Technology Services and Sector groups to develop and win new/add-on business pipelines.

Your role:
  1. Accountable for offer development, solution development, people management, resource planning, pursuit management, deal review, and delivery assurance.
  2. Manage client relationships, covering commercial, risk, and opportunity development aspects.
  3. Own and nurture long-term client relationships on behalf of Capgemini.
  4. Provide escalation support and coordinate with other service lines to meet SLAs and expectations.
  5. Lead the sales process, develop strategic sales plans, and manage end-to-end sales activities from prospecting to closure.
  6. Collaborate with delivery and industry teams to ensure solution success.
  7. Create compelling proposals and sales collateral to communicate value.
  8. Engage with C-level executives to understand their business objectives and challenges.
  9. Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients on Oracle SaaS solutions to address their needs and drive value.
  10. Maintain strong customer satisfaction and develop long-term commitments.
  11. Oversee daily delivery of services, ensuring programs meet expectations regarding time, budget, quality, and risk.
Your skills and experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in business management or related field.
  • At least 15 years of experience within the Oracle SaaS ecosystem.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle SaaS offerings and value articulation.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and client engagement skills.
  • Leadership skills to motivate and manage teams.
  • Strategic sales planning and execution experience.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
  • Proven track record in delivering Oracle solutions and revenue growth.
  • Experience engaging at CXO level and building client relationships.
