Responsibilities
  • Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies to ensure timely project completion.
  • Facilitate effective coordination between technical teams and client stakeholders by organizing regular meetings, sprints, and project phases to align expectations and objectives.
  • Support technical teams in executing development, integration, and customization stages of enterprise application packages, ensuring adherence to project requirements.
  • Monitor project deliverables across all phases to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations.

  • Proactive risk management to ensure project delivery.
  • Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders through effective communication.
  • Anticipate challenges and deliver innovative solutions.

Required Skill and Experience
  • Experience in multiple projects implementation with Oracle HCM Recruitment Cloud and Global Human Resources Cloud.
  • Work experience in implementing and configuring Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud (Core HR), Compensation, Recruiting, Talent Management.
  • Experience driving discovery, business process re‑engineering, requirement elicitation, application configuration, and driving production deployments.
Preferred Skill and Experience
  • Knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud technical tools such as Fast Formulas, Visual Builder Studio, HCM Data Loader, OTBI.
  • Experience in production support – app upgrades, incidents, and service requests resolution, and problem solving/ support to integrations.
Additional Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution (or three years of progressive experience in lieu of each year of education).
  • Position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
