Position Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Oracle SCM Business Analyst with extensive experience implementing, upgrading, supporting, and optimizing Oracle ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (R12) and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, particularly within Supply Chain Management, manufacturing, planning, and operations environments.
This individual will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving process improvements, system enhancements, and ERP initiatives across the enterprise. Success in this role requires strong functional expertise, excellent business acumen, and the ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership, project stakeholders, end users, and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering
  • Partner with stakeholders across business functions to gather, document, analyze, and prioritize business requirements.
  • Conduct workshops, interviews, and process reviews to identify operational challenges and opportunities for improvement.
  • Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, business process flows, and solution designs.
  • Recommend best practices and process improvements aligned with ERP capabilities.
Oracle ERP Functional Leadership
  • Provide subject matter expertise in Oracle EBS R12 and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
  • Support, enhance, and optimize Supply Chain Management processes and related applications.
  • Guide stakeholders on Oracle functionality, system capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams on solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Understand and manage integration points between Oracle applications and external systems.
Supply Chain & Manufacturing Support
  • Support business processes across:
    • Supply Chain Execution
    • Supply Planning
    • Demand Management
    • Manufacturing Operations
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across planning, procurement, inventory, production, and fulfillment functions.
  • Process manufacturing experience is highly desirable.
Testing, Training & Change Management
  • Develop and execute test strategies, test plans, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate resolutions with internal and external teams.
  • Create user documentation, training materials, and process guides.
  • Lead end-user training and support adoption of new processes and system enhancements.
Project Delivery
  • Participate in ERP implementation, upgrade, enhancement, and optimization projects.
  • Support project planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Maintain project documentation, including functional designs, configuration documents, testing artifacts, and training materials.
  • Provide regular status updates to project leadership and business stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 10+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience with significant focus on Oracle ERP solutions.
  • Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite R12 and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
  • Minimum 2-3 full lifecycle Oracle ERP implementations.
  • Strong hands-on functional experience with:
    • Oracle Supply Chain Execution
    • Supply Planning
    • Demand Management
  • Deep understanding of Supply Chain Management processes and best practices.
  • Manufacturing industry experience required; process manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Ability to bridge business and technical teams while managing multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong documentation skills, including requirements, process flows, functional specifications, and testing documentation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Oracle ERP certifications.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
