Job description

Position Summary We are seeking a Midstream Project Scheduler to support a portfolio of pipeline and midstream projects, including project development, maintenance, and growth capital projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience developing and maintaining detailed project schedules for pipeline construction and infrastructure projects, while collaborating closely with project managers, construction teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and analyze integrated project schedules for midstream pipeline projects.
  • Support project development, maintenance, and growth capital initiatives from planning through execution.
  • Apply Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling principles to identify project risks, opportunities, and key milestones.
  • Perform schedule optimization, what-if analyses, and recovery planning to mitigate delays and improve project performance.
  • Develop and maintain linear construction schedules utilizing TILOS for pipeline and other linear infrastructure projects.
  • Track schedule progress, monitor critical activities, and provide regular forecasting updates.
  • Generate schedule reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for project leadership and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineering, construction, and contractor teams to ensure schedule accuracy and alignment with project objectives.
  • Ensure schedules reflect scope changes, resource constraints, and project risks.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of scheduling experience supporting pipeline and midstream projects.
  • Proven expertise in Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling, schedule optimization, and recovery planning.
  • Hands-on experience developing and maintaining TILOS linear construction schedules.
  • Experience using Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC) for project scheduling and controls.
  • Strong understanding of pipeline construction methodologies, project controls, and capital project execution.
  • Ability to analyze complex project data and communicate schedule impacts effectively.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting multiple concurrent capital projects.
  • Knowledge of project controls, cost tracking, and earned value concepts.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Experience working within midstream oil and gas environments.
