Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sr Oracle Financial & HR Techno-Functional Lead with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, Oracle Financials, Oracle HCM, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). The ideal candidate should have a solid blend of functional and technical experience in implementing, configuring, integrating, and supporting Oracle Cloud applications for Finance and HR. Experience in Retail/eCommerce environments is highly preferred.
Required Experience
  • 10+ years of Oracle Techno-Functional experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and/or Oracle EBS.
  • Strong experience in Oracle Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, P2P, O2C, Retail Sales Audit) and Oracle HCM (Core HR, Benefits, Absence Management, Position Management, Recruiting, Workforce Directory, Journeys, Global Assignments, Security Roles).
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, HDL, ETL, Data Migration, and Interface Development.
  • Strong reporting experience using BI Publisher, OTBI, and Financial Reporting Studio (FRS).
  • Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Security Console, Visual Builder Studio, and Page Composer.
  • Experience supporting Retail Financial Operations, Retail Financial Reconciliation, POS Integrations, Payment Reconciliation, and eCommerce business processes.
  • Experience with at least two full lifecycle Oracle ERP/Fusion Cloud implementations.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
