What You'll Do
As an Application Analyst, you will oversee Oracle ERP applications like XStore, SIOCS and CE. You will provide assistance when needed to ensure that the systems and system processes needed for the business are monitored, maintained, and running smoothly, acting as a technical point of contact to fix application and systems issues - usually on an immediate basis.
JOB DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Rural King is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical application analyst to support the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Xstore Point of Sale (POS) systems
• The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that Xstore solutions meet business needs and align with organizational goals
• Provides functional, and technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to end users
• Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues in a timely manner
• Create and maintain training and process materials/documentation
• Create functional documents such as training instructions for end users
• Assist with training end users on software systems
• Act as a liaison between business teams, technical teams, and vendors to facilitate communication and project progress
• Provide business applications and technical assistance when applications are being designed, developed and tested
• Participate in all phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
