In the assigned Job Role of Package Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
• Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies to ensure timely project completion
• Facilitate effective coordination between technical teams and client stakeholders by organizing regular meetings, sprints, and project phases to align expectations and objectives
• Support technical teams in executing development, integration, and customization stages of enterprise application packages, ensuring adherence to project requirements
• Monitor project deliverables across all phases to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations
Your contribution to the team:
• Proactive risk management to ensure project delivery.
• An ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders through effective communication
• Focus to anticipate challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
• Commitment to balance project economics with adherence to strategic priorities.
Required Skill and Experience
• Experience in test planning, scenario design, test execution, CRP validation, integration testing, and defect governance.
• Experience in proven ability to lead large QA programs for Oracle Retail Merchandising transformations.
Preferred Skill and Experience
• Experience with RMS to MFCS migration testing, brownfield coexistence, phased rollouts, and largescale parallel runs.
• Exposure to Azure Integration Services, API Gateways, or cloud-based integration patterns.
• Familiarity with test automation tools such as Selenium, OATS, or TOSCA for retail applications.
• Experience handling complex multisystem E2E testing covering OMS, WMS, POS, and eCommerce integrations.
• Knowledge of microservices and containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes) from a testing perspective.
• Understanding of MFCS, RDS, merchandising data flows (items, suppliers, POs, costs, pricing, inventory).
• Ability to manage multivendor distributed testing teams and operate effectively in a global delivery model.
• Retail domain certifications are a plus.
Additional Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
