Position Description: The Oracle Cloud Reporting Analyst Financials is responsible for leading the design, development, maintenance, and support of financial reports, dashboards, and analytics using Oracle Cloud reporting tools such as Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), BI Publisher, and Financial Reporting Studio (FRS). This role serves as a senior-level subject matter expert for Oracle Cloud Financials reporting and partners closely with Finance leadership and business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide strategic reporting guidance, and deliver accurate, actionable financial insights. The Analyst will drive reporting best practices, optimize and enhance existing reporting solutions, troubleshoot complex reporting issues, and ensure the accuracy, consistency, security, and reliability of financial data and reporting across the organization.
Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Business Analytics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will be considered. • Oracle Cloud Certification in ERP, Financials, or Reporting strongly preferred. • Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and developing Oracle Cloud Financials reports and dashboards using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), BI Publisher, and Financial Reporting Studio (FRS). • Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced, high-demand environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality financial reporting solutions under tight timelines. • Proven experience operating at a senior level, partnering directly with Finance leadership and business stakeholders to translate complex financial reporting requirements into scalable reporting and analytics solutions. Experience • We are seeking a seasoned professional with proven experience serving as a subject matter expert and senior reporting lead, establishing and championing standardized reporting delivery models, including development standards, documentation practices, and end-user training. • Advanced proficiency with Oracle Cloud reporting tools, including Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), BI Publisher, and Financial Reporting Studio. • Strong experience designing and developing complex, enterprise-level custom reports and dashboards, including working with custom data models and ensuring alignment with business and strategic objectives. • Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale Oracle Cloud implementations, upgrades, or transformation initiatives in a fast-paced, high-demand environment. • Experience managing and optimizing data integration and reporting flows between Oracle Cloud modules and external enterprise systems.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while effectively engaging and presenting to stakeholders across all levels of management within the organization.
