Job description

As a S/4HANA Transformation OCM IT Lead here at Honeywell, you will partner with the S/4HANA Transformation Program team to drive effective change adoption across the assigned region. You will be accountable for executing and continuously improving the Organizational Change Management (OCM) methodology and ensuring the enabling toolset and learning platforms align with that methodology.

You will report directly to our Program Leadership, and you'll work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a Hybrid work schedule (After first 90 days & minimum 3 days/week in office).

In this role, you will impact the successful deployment of S/4HANA by driving change readiness, training, and user adoption outcomes through strong program discipline, analytics, and KPI-driven reporting.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent practical experience where permitted).
  • 3-5 years of experience as an IT OCM Analyst (or similar OCM/Change role) on a large transformation program.
  • Strong understanding of organizational change management methodologies and principles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to create clear, executive-ready status and KPI reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to convert data into meaningful insights; highly results-driven.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and platforms quickly and apply them in a structured program environment.
  • Strong collaboration skills across IT, business stakeholders, and third-party partners.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with the S/4HANA Transformation Program to effectively deploy S/4HANA across the assigned region, ensuring OCM deliverables are planned and executed.
  • Own and continuously improve the OCM methodology supporting the overall organizational and change management strategy.
  • Serve as the service owner (or coordinate with the service owner) to update and maintain OCM enabling tools in alignment with the OCM methodology, including JIRA, Signavio, WalkMe, Oracle HCM Learning Center, and SAP Learning Hub.
  • Develop, maintain, and publish KPIs and weekly reporting metrics that show progress across all OCM deliverables.
  • Manage and report risks and issues related to OCM deliverables; drive mitigations to closure with stakeholders.
  • Partner with the System Integrator and the Business Change Network to successfully deliver OCM outcomes for Change Readiness, Training, and User Adoption.
  • Support upskilling of internal Honeywell IT employees and Super Users by building and supporting an SAP Learning Hub curriculum.
  • Create reporting to track progress of internal Honeywell SAP competency, leveraging Oracle HCM Skills Assessment capabilities.
  • Build and maintain SAP training curricula on the Oracle HCM Learning platform aligned to defined S/4HANA personas.
