Middleware Team Lead
Active security clearance required. 
 
 
Ops Tech Alliance (OTA) is seeking a Middleware Team Lead to support PL ALTESS at Radford Army Ammunition Plant, VA, under Task Area 4 – Application Management. The lead architects and sustains enterprise application server tiers backing Java/.NET applications with SOAP/REST services and Oracle/SQL Server back ends.
This position is contingent upon contract award.
Responsibilities
• Architect and maintain IIS, Tomcat, Apache, WebLogic, and WebSphere tiers.
• Support Java and .NET applications with SOAP/REST web services and XML.
• Integrate middleware with Oracle and SQL Server back ends.
• Harden middleware to STIG compliance and remediate POA&M items.
 
 
Required Qualifications
• 3+ years application server architecture in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on IIS, Tomcat, Apache, Java, WebLogic, WebSphere.
• SOAP/REST web services and XML.
• Familiarity with Java or C#.
• Oracle and SQL Server RDBMS.
• Active SECRET clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship.
 
 
Desired Qualifications
• Oracle WebLogic certification.
• IBM WebSphere certification.
• OpenShift or containerized middleware experience.
• Experience hardening middleware to DoD STIG.
