We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Lead, Platform & Integrations to lead enterprise-grade integrations using Boomi, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and Oracle Fusion Cloud. This role will be instrumental in connecting cloud and on-premises applications-including Salesforce and other enterprise platforms-to drive operational efficiency, data accuracy, and architectural consistency across the organization.

As our Technical Lead, Platform & Integrations, you'll support HID's success by:
  • Collaborating with business units, IT teams, and partners to gather requirements and design complex integration solutions.
  • Translating business processes into technical integration designs using Boomi Atmosphere, Oracle SOA Suite, and OIC.
  • Building and maintaining integrations between cloud applications, mobile platforms, and enterprise systems.
  • Developing and executing testing scripts and QA procedures to validate workflows and system modules.
  • Evaluating new applications and recommending integration approaches aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
  • Providing infrastructure recommendations and sizing for Boomi deployments.
  • Acting as a product expert for Boomi and Oracle Integration Cloud.
  • Defining and promoting best practices for integration governance, lifecycle management, and documentation.
  • Assisting in transitioning new projects from development to production, including configuration, testing, rollout, and documentation.
  • Creating and maintaining technical documentation, training materials, and architecture diagrams for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Contributing to enterprise architecture initiatives by aligning integration designs with broader system and data strategies.

Your Experience and Background include:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology.
  • 6+ years of experience in integration and development roles.
  • Proven ability to design and optimize integrations across disparate systems.
  • Strong experience with Java, Linux/Unix, and middleware technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with ESB, MOM, JMS, SOAP/REST, ETL, and database technologies.
  • Experience designing flows between SFTP, FTP, and APIs.
  • Solid understanding of Boomi API Management and Oracle Integration Cloud.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Oracle E-Business Suite, and enterprise business processes.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure components like VMware, storage, JVM, and networking.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud integration with Salesforce and other enterprise tools.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data modeling across MS SQL Server, MySQL, and Oracle.
  • Expertise in EDI integrations (X12, EDIFACT) using Boomi.
  • Knowledge of messaging systems like JMS, AWS MQ, and SQS.
  • Development/scripting skills in Java, Groovy, and JavaScript.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple support cases in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience contributing to enterprise architecture frameworks and standards.
  • Strong documentation skills with the ability to produce clear, concise, and comprehensive technical materials.
