The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle HCM modules, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and document business requirements and processes.
  • Design and implement Oracle HCM solutions to meet client needs.
  • Provide functional expertise in Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and Benefits.
