Job description

The Sr. Oracle Functional Analyst is responsible for supporting existing Oracle E-Business Suite applications and implementing new modules and functionality, including Oracle EBS Order Management (OM), Advanced Pricing (QP), Accounts Payable (AP), Costing, General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management, iStore, and E-Business Tax, as well as related applications such as EDI and web-based applications.
Serves as a subject matter expert and primary point of contact for day-to-day production support, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring system stability, performance, and reliability. Leads requirements-gathering workshops, conducts fit-gap analysis, and translates business requirements into scalable, effective Oracle solutions. Designs, configures, and tests new functionality and system enhancements in accordance with Oracle best practices and global design standards.
Leads multi-organization and multi-country implementations, ensuring solutions accommodate diverse geographic, currency, legal, regulatory, and tax requirements. Partners closely with technical teams, including developers, DBAs, and integration specialists, to deliver seamless end-to-end solutions. Develops functional specifications, test scripts, training materials, and other project documentation; coordinates and supports User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and delivers effective end-user training.
Provides mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members, assists with prioritization, and coordinates day-to-day activities within the functional team. Continuously evaluates emerging Oracle capabilities, industry best practices, and business processes to identify opportunities for system enhancements, automation, and operational improvements. Maintains knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite and Cloud Financials coexistence and integration scenarios.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of eight (8) years of Information Technology experience, including six to seven (6-7) years of functional experience within an Oracle E-Business Suite environment. Proven experience with full life-cycle Oracle implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and production support in a global, multi-organization environment. Strong functional expertise in Oracle Order Management, Pricing, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management. Experience with EDI standards and web-commerce integrations is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field from an accredited institution. Oracle certifications are preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP, including E-Business Suite R12, SQL, Toad, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and other related Oracle technologies. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
Must be able to stand, sit, move, and use fingers for extended periods of time. May require walking primarily on a level surface, reaching above shoulder heights and below the waist, as well as lifting up to 25 pounds. The work environment is typical of an office environment where the air is controlled and kept at mild temperatures.
