Job description

At i360technologies, we specialize in business consulting and technology services for federal agencies. We are seeking an experienced Oracle Federal Financials Trainer (R12) to lead engaging, high-impact training initiatives that drive user adoption and system success. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional with strong functional expertise who can translate complex Oracle processes into clear, practical learning experiences.

In this role, you will be part of a mission-driven environment where your contributions directly impact system adoption and user experience. You will play a critical role in system implementation efforts by developing training materials, facilitating end-user sessions, and partnering across teams to ensure users are confident and prepared for go-live. Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deliver training programs for Oracle Federal Financials (R12), including instructor-led and eLearning formats
  • Support functional teams in analyzing business processes and documenting system workflows
  • Create and manage training materials aligned with business processes, change impacts, and user needs
  • Facilitate engaging training sessions (virtual and in-person) for groups of 15-30 participants
  • Collaborate with Organizational Change Management (OCM) teams to support go-live readiness
  • Develop metrics to assess training effectiveness and transition success
  • Provide Oracle functional expertise to support training content, communications, and user experience improvements
  • Coordinate and execute end-user training sessions across the organization
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and related testing activities alongside functional and technical teams
  • Contribute to business process re-engineering and continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Federal Financials R12 (R12.2 preferred)
  • Experience in training development and delivery, including curriculum design and facilitation
  • Familiarity with key functional areas:
    • Budget to Report (B2R)
    • Acquire to Retire (A2R)
    • Order to Fulfill (O2F)
    • Procure to Pay (P2P)
    • Projects
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong interpersonal and customer relationship management skills
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and tact
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience developing eLearning content (e.g., Articulate, Captivate)
  • Experience supporting federal implementations or government clients
  • Background in Organizational Change Management (OCM) initiatives

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust (suitability) clearance
  • Must be able to pass a federal background investigation
