Infosys is seeking an Oracle eBusiness Suite R12 (EBS) Manufacturing Techno-Functional Consultant with knowledge and experience in manufacturing modules. The position will primarily be responsible for the application upgrade from Oracle EBS R12 version 12.2.6 to 12.2.14. The selected candidate should be able to perform end-to-end upgrade activities, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment. Responsibilities include analyzing business processes, configuring manufacturing (INV, BOM, WIP, MSCA, Costing, Depot Repair), noting lessons learned, and sharing domain knowledge with teammates. Should also be able to perform mapping for the application upgrade and ensure seamless cross-module integration. The role also provides user training on modified forms, prepares documentation, drives UAT, supports cutover/go-live, and delivers hypercare. Candidate must have strong techno-functional expertise in manufacturing modules and ERP best practices, with proven experience delivering Oracle EBS R12 upgrades in a complex, multi-site setup.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • Location for this position is Anywhere in the USA. This position may require relocation and/or travel to client/project location.
  • At least 4 years of Information Technology experience
  • In order to comply with legal requirements, this role is limited to "U.S. persons" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15. U.S. persons include U.S. citizens, U.S. Lawful Permanent Residents, and certain refugees and asylees.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in Oracle EBS R12 Manufacturing modules.
  • Experience with a minimum of one Oracle EBS 12.2.xx upgrade, including end-to-end implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of system integrations and batch scheduling.
  • Strong understanding of software engineering practices and various business processes.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of various business processes in the respective domain.
  • Demonstrated experience in testing integrations with external and internal systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience and desire to work closely with business users.

Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows:
In CA / CO / IL / MA / MD / MN / NJ / NY / VT / WA: $73,000 to $102,200
In Washington, DC: $66,500 to $100,300
