In the assigned Job Role of Package Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
โ€ข Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies to ensure timely project completion
โ€ข Facilitate effective coordination between technical teams and client stakeholders by organizing regular meetings, sprints, and project phases to align expectations and objectives
โ€ข Support technical teams in executing development, integration, and customization stages of enterprise application packages, ensuring adherence to project requirements
โ€ข Monitor project deliverables across all phases to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations

Required Skill and Experience
โ€ข Must have experience with eBS Functional ASCP - Advanced Supply Chain Planning
โ€ข Must have experience with Oracle Order Management
โ€ข Experience in 2 to 3 EBS full cycle implementations
โ€ข Experience in overall architecture discipline (Applications, Data, Technical, Security, Development, Operational, etc.)
โ€ข Must be able to lead discussions and develop, design and architecture for strategic initiatives, including cloud, integration and on-premise enterprise solutions, engaging various CoreLogic business and technology teams as necessary
โ€ข Must be able to troubleshoot issues on Order to Cash business process cycle and work with technical teams to resolve.
โ€ข Must understand as-is process, define to-be-processes, requirements gathering, and fit-gap analysis.
โ€ข Must be able to prepare functional specifications, solution design, test planning and execution, system integration testing, supporting UAT, cut-over and go-live.
โ€ข Experience inOracle EBS R12 Supply Chain Management, Order Management, Distribution, Supply Chain Planning, Procurement, Advanced Pricing and Inventory modules.
โ€ข Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
โ€ข Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies
Preferred Skill and Experience
โ€ข Experience with Oracle eBS Functional Inventory
โ€ข Experience in creating requirement specifications based on architecture/design /detailing of processes
โ€ข Experience managing team size of 4-5 would be a plus
Additional Required Qualifications
โ€ข Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
