Job description

A Day in Your Life at MKS:

As a Principal Business Systems Analyst, Order Management you will develop and implement Information Technology and management information systems within the Oracle eBusiness Suite of applications. You will partner with the business system analysts, business users and technical teams, to ensure full adoption, effective usage, and efficient deployment of our IT solutions. You will manage the change control process, gather end-user requirements, involve in developing, test, implement, support and maintaining IT solutions in Oracle EBS environment. In this role, you will report to the Director, IT Business Systems.

You Will Make an Impact By:

  • Act as a liaison between business teams and IT to elicit ideas and requirements, provide guidance and validate requirements for application changes. Collaborate with global teams on the design, development, deployment, and enhancement of Oracle R12 eBusiness Suite applications.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer service and other stakeholders to understand needs, identify pain points, document requirements, drive design and solution.
  • Lead the development of functional specifications, implementation, maintenance, and support for sales and order management within Oracle EBS. Drive techno-functional solution design and integration with upstream and downstream systems.
  • Provide technical leadership leveraging Oracle configuration expertise and best practices for automating order management functions.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Oracle Order Management.
  • Partner with cross-functional business groups to implement new or improved processes for IT-related business, financial, and operational systems critical to organizational success.
  • Travel Requirements: Up to 5% of Travel is required.

Skills You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or other 4-year degree focusing on information technology or equivalent.
  • 8+ years of experience in a senior or principal business analyst or similar role.
  • Experience with Oracle EBS R12 Customers, Order management, pricing, intercompany, scheduling, shipping execution and Receivables integration, in sales and service areas.
  • Strong techno-functional experience in designing and supporting integration between Oracle EBS and external systems using APIs, middleware, EDI, concurrent programs, and file-based interfaces.
  • Experience supporting Oracle EBS R12 in a global manufacturing and distribution environment.
  • Career path demonstrating growth and handling complex initiatives.
  • Very strong communication skills and ability to synthesize complex issues into business language.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Installed base
  • Working exposure to Financials (GL, AP, AR) and Supply Chain Planning process interactions.
  • Experience leveraging with AI capabilities within Oracle EBS is a strong nice to have.
  • Exposure to Oracle Fusion Applications is nice to have.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Pay Range: $109,750.00 - $182,900.00 per year. This range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs, and other considerations permitted by law.

Bonus: This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, in an amount to be determined by MKS.
