Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Developer with strong expertise in Supply Chain and Order-to-Cash (OTC) modules to support a leading Manufacturing client in Houston, Texas. The ideal candidate will have deep technical experience in Oracle EBS development, customization, and support, with a strong understanding of Manufacturing and Supply Chain business processes. This is a fully onsite role requiring close collaboration with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, customize, and support Oracle EBS applications with focus on Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Order Management (OM/OTC) modules.
  • Develop and maintain RICEW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows).
  • Work on Order Management, Inventory, Shipping, Purchasing, and related Supply Chain modules.
  • Develop and support PL/SQL packages, procedures, triggers, and performance tuning.
  • Create and maintain Oracle Reports, XML Publisher reports, and Oracle Forms.
  • Develop and support Interfaces and Integrations between Oracle EBS and third-party systems.
  • Work closely with functional teams and business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, provide root cause analysis, and implement fixes.
  • Participate in system upgrades, patches, and enhancement projects.
  • Follow development standards, documentation, and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 12+ years of experience in Oracle EBS development.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Oracle EBS Supply Chain and Order Management (OTC) modules.
