Job description

The CRM Administrator plays a critical role in advancing ADTI US's sales execution strategy through the design, implementation, optimization, and ongoing administration of the CRM ecosystem and end-to-end sales processes. This role owns CRM integrations with adjacent business systems and serves as the hands-on systems and process expert responsible for defining integration architecture, supporting operational scalability, and driving continuous improvement.
This individual delivers scalable, high-performing CRM solutions that support OEMs, channel reps, and wholesale distribution networks. The role partners closely with external vendors, Sales, IT, and Business Unit leaders to ensure CRM processes, data integrity, reporting, and system workflows align with business objectives and revenue operations requirements.
Core Responsibilities:
  • Own the configuration, customization, deployment, administration, and ongoing support of SugarCRM and integrated sales systems.
  • Design, implement and maintain CRM workflows, approval processes, automation, custom objects, fields, and system logic aligned to evolving business requirements.
  • Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls in accordance with organizational hierarchy and data security standards.
  • Maintain CRM data integrity through structured imports, deduplication, segmentation, and master data governance.
  • Serve as the primary CRM systems expert and administrator for day-to-day platform management and support. Experience in navigating CRM user adoption and change management is highly desired
  • Stay current on SugarCRM releases, features, and best practices; evaluate and recommend enhancements relevant to ADTI's sales environment.
  • Evaluate, implement, and support integrated sales technologies, including CPQ tools, reporting platforms, and related revenue systems.
  • Manage CRM enhancement intake, prioritization, and continuous improvement processes.
  • Design, develop, and maintain CRM dashboards, reporting, and sales analytics.
  • Partner with sales leadership to define and track KPIs, pipeline metrics, and performance indicators.
  • Ensure CRM data structures support forecasting, analytics, and business intelligence initiatives.
  • Enforce CRM data quality standards to ensure accurate, complete, and reliable sales data.
  • Implement secure CRM configurations that comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor system access, data visibility, and governance controls for internal users and external partners.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in administrating CRM, Power Bi, revenue systems, digital transformation, or sales operations environments is a requirement.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, buyer journeys, pipeline management, channel sales models, lead routing, and sales performance metrics.
  • Experience integrating CRM platforms, Sugar, SFDC (or similar) with ERP systems, reporting tools, and related business applications.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and business process problem-solving skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented, self-directed, and adaptable, the ideal candidate is systems-savvy and process-driven, with a strong commitment to clean data, structured processes, SOP development, and CRM adoption best practices in growth environments.
  • Proven end-to-end experience implementing and administering CRM platforms from soup to nuts with deep expertise in SugarCRM, SFDC or similar systems, spanning configuration, workflow automation, integrations, and ongoing optimization Top of Form / Bottom of Form.
