Role Overview:
This role involves setting up and configuring Oracle CC&B applications to meet client-specific utility billing needs, focusing on various aspects of customer care, billing, and financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and configure Oracle CC&B applications to meet client-specific utility billing needs
  • Prepare functional and technical design documents need basis
  • Prepare application and business process flows.
  • Collaborate with business analysts to gather and understand requirements.
  • Conduct unit testing and support system integration testing.
  • Create, configure, and troubleshoot
  • Configure new CIS divisions and dependencies
  • Handle 3rd party integrations (e.g., bill print extract, energy efficiency program vendors)
  • Manage MDM interval/trend
  • Handle FA/SA creation
  • Manage Collections Templates/Processes
