  • Experience in Business Process Consulting, Problem definition, Technical Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
  • Experience in Oracle CRM/Services, Service Contracts, Install Base & CRM Foundation:
  • At least 7 years of experience with functional and technical expertise in the above modules with at least 1 or more Oracle eBS CRM Implementation experience.
  • Should have hands on working experience on the modules
  • Should have in depth functional & process knowledge in CRM processes
  • Should be able to handle the customers independently and recommend the solutions based on the business needs
  • Experience working with integrations of the above modules with other custom apps would be a plus
  • Should be hands-on and also be open to take on leadership and project lead responsibilities.
  • Must have experience on working in a global delivery model, working with offshore teams.
  • Should be proficient with conducting requirement gathering workshops, performing requirements analysis, technical feasibility and developing detailed, clear and precise functional and technical documentation.
  • Experience working with globally diverse business teams on a single project is a huge plus.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications :-

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 7 years of experience within the Information Technologies.
