Job description

Job Title: Oracle Database Administrator (Oracle DBA)

The ideal candidate will be responsible for database installation, upgrades, performance tuning, backup and recovery, security management, and troubleshooting production issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain Oracle databases.
Perform database performance tuning and optimization.
Manage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery solutions.
Monitor database health, availability, and security.
Apply database patches, upgrades, and migrations.
Troubleshoot database-related issues and provide root-cause analysis.
Support Oracle RAC, Data Guard, RMAN, and ASM environments.
Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams.
Required Skills:
5+ years of Oracle DBA experience.
Strong experience with Oracle 12c/19c/21c.
Hands-on experience with RAC, Data Guard, RMAN, ASM.
Expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, performance tuning, and database security.
Experience with Linux/Unix environments.
Oracle Cloud (OCI) experience is a plus.
