Job Role: Oracle OTC Consultant

Job Location: Bowling Green, KY (Hybrid)

Job Type: Contract

 

Job Description:

  • As a Team Lead, primarily Order to Cash consultant, helping team across all Oracle EBS modules and front facing business stake holders.
  • Running weekly status review with Client CIO and VPs.
  • Preparing solution design and presenting to key stake holders like Directors and VPs.
  • Must have strong functional knowledge in Order Management, Advanced Pricing and Shipping.
  • Knowledge in 3PL integrations (Order import and Shipment).
  • Knowledge in Purchasing, MFG and ASCP module will be added advantage.
  • Write business requirement documents and other functional and technical documentations.
  • Provide suggestions to customize Oracle applications for optimal performance.
  • Resolve technical and operational problems in a timely fashion.
  • Respond to customer queries and concerns promptly.
  • Identify functional gaps and provide corrective actions.
