Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Oracle Fusion Architect to design, develop, and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance technical solutions within Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud (Procurement Financials, Projects, and HCM). The role bridges business needs and technical implementation, providing architectural leadership, integration strategy, and governance for Oracle Fusion ERP systems.

Required Experience (5+ years):

  • Experience designing and implementing Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud technical architecture, including Procurement, Financials, Projects, and HCM modules.
  • Experience developing integration solutions for Oracle Fusion, including APIs, REST/SOAP web services, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and third-party system integrations.
  • Experience architecting secure, scalable, and high-performance Oracle Fusion solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards and governance frameworks.
  • Experience designing and implementing data integration and migration solutions, including use of FBDI, ADFdi, and other Oracle data loading or extraction tools.
  • Experience integrating Oracle Fusion ERP with enterprise data platforms, such as Snowflake, data warehouses, or analytics platforms.
  • Experience providing technical leadership across the full system lifecycle, including architecture design, development standards, performance optimization, and deployment strategies.
  • Experience collaborating with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and cross-functional technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Experience establishing technical governance, best practices, and solution architecture documentation for Oracle Fusion environments.
  • Experience supporting testing, release management, and production issue resolution for enterprise ERP implementations.
  • Experience designing and documenting integration architecture, data flow diagrams, and technical design specifications

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or middleware platforms
  • Experience supporting large enterprise ERP implementations or transformations
  • Knowledge of cloud security, performance tuning, and enterprise integration patterns.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop technical architecture solutions for Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud supporting Procurement, Financials, Projects, and HCM modules.
  • Define and implement integration architecture between Oracle Fusion and enterprise systems using APIs, web services, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and other middleware technologies.
  • Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to development teams to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
  • Translate business and functional requirements into detailed technical design specifications and solution architectures.
  • Design and oversee data integration and data migration strategies, including use of FBDI, ADFdi, and other Oracle Fusion data tools.
  • Architect and document data flows, system integrations, and enterprise architecture diagrams supporting Oracle Fusion ERP implementations.
  • Establish and enforce technical governance, coding standards, and best practices for Oracle Fusion development and integrations.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants, project managers, and business stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
  • Support system configuration, development, testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment activities for Oracle Fusion enhancements and implementations.
  • Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and integration failures.
  • Ensure solutions adhere to enterprise security, compliance, and data governance standards.
  • Provide technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and implementation guidance for project deliverables.
  • Support release management, patching, and quarterly Oracle Fusion updates, ensuring compatibility with integrations and custom solutions.
  • Provide knowledge transfer and technical mentoring to internal teams and project resources.
  • Participate in project planning, architecture reviews, and technical design workshops throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Preferred Certification:

  • Oracle Fusion Cloud Technical or Integration certifications

Required Education:
