Job Description


PART A:  The ONE MANDATORY REQUIREMENT:

Expert Level 

You must be an Expert Oracle Developer / Architect with documented employment experience of 7+ years (84+ months).

-  You must have Technical experience centered around a technology, technologies or portfolio of applications.  Designing and implementing information technology solutions.

-  You must be able to provide leadership of large teams and/or extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field. 

PART B:   Requested Desirable  Qualifications:  The numbered qualifications below are not mandatory, but candidates should meet or exceed in duration and skill set target asked for, at least 5 of numbers 1 through 10.

  1. At least 24 months' experience with Innotas.
  2. At least 24 months' experience with Blueprint requirement tools.
  3. At least 24 months' experience with HP Quality Center.
  4. At least 84 months' experience in development and support of software to process new business, renewals, and proof of coverage for workers' compensation and disability insurance
  5. At least 84 months' experience in Oracle development, PL/SQL development including Triggers, Packages, Advanced Queueing.
  6. At least 60 months' experience with Microsoft ASP.Net.
  7. At least 60 months' experience with JavaScript.
  8. At least 60 months' experience with Visual Studio 2010 or higher.
  9. At least 60 months' experience with C#, .net.
  10. At least 60 months' experience with XSLT.
