  • Enforce strict reconciliation and data integrity controls between Oracle Fusion GL and EPM outputs.

Intercompany & Multi-Entity Enablement

  • Configure and support intercompany rules, balancing, eliminations, and reporting structures.

  • Ensure intercompany activity is accurately reflected across transactional systems and EPM reporting layers.

  • Partner with Accounting to support complex close, consolidation, and reconciliation processes.

Expense & Management Reporting

  • Support EPM-driven expense reporting and analysis, enabling Finance leadership with timely, accurate, and actionable insights.

  • Ensure expense data flows cleanly from source systems GL EPM, with proper validations and controls.

Integrations & Cross-Platform Collaboration

  • Lead and support integrations between Oracle Financials and platforms such as Workday, Concur, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and other upstream/downstream systems.

  • Partner with technical and integration teams to ensure data consistency, monitoring, reconciliation, and error handling across interfaces.

  • Own documentation, testing, and validation for any system changes that push or pull data into Oracle GL or AR.

Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional and technical issues across Oracle Fusion and EPM environments.

  • Lead Oracle quarterly update readiness:

    • Analyze release notes

    • Assess business and system impact

  • Identify and drive automation, simplification, and efficiency improvements across financial processes and reporting.

Enablement, Documentation & Leadership

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including configurations, integrations, controls, and operating procedures.

  • Deliver end-user training, playbooks, and knowledge transfer for Finance and Accounting teams.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Finance leadership on system capabilities, design decisions, and future roadmap.
