Job description

Our client, a media entertainment company, is looking for a Senior Manager, International Accounting to join their team! This will be a onsite role working out of their office in New York. The successful candidate will have CPA and 5 years of managerial experience with hands-on experience with SAP or Oracle Fusion ERP systems.
Role Overview:
  • Contract Role: 9 months
  • Pay: $80.56/hr on W2
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the mapping, conversion, and validation of data from SAP to Fusion to ensure a complete and accurate transition.
  • Test Fusion functionality to convert custom SAP reports-including those for complex international accounting-into automated Fusion Smartview reports.
  • Manage and verify re-segmentation processes, including the accuracy of reclass programs and the coordination of new titles with the finance team.
  • Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) while migrating legacy Longview and SAP BW reports into the Fusion environment.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required; a CPA designation and prior experience in the entertainment/media industry are preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience, ideally within a large audit firm or a multi-entity organization with international operations.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office, specifically managing large, complex data sets, and hands-on experience with SAP or Oracle Fusion ERP systems.
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and self-starting abilities, along with the flexibility to manage workloads and coordinate across international time zones.
