We are seeking a PROJECT MGR to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling and implementation.
THIS POSITION IS 90% IN THE OPUS OFFICE and 10% SITE VISITS.
Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
  • Allocate resources for assigned projects
  • Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
  • Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
  • Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Qualifications:

  • Manage the project performance from beginning to completion 
  • Manage and lead the team of clients, designers and architects 
  • Manage the budget and schedule with the client and team 
  • Design develop-Value engineer and provide options to the team 
  • Scope develop-Contract develop and buy-out of materials 
  • Communicate and delegate with the onsite supervisor and other onsite personnel 
  • Meet the team in the field for review and performance 
  • Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
  • Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to plans and specifications 
  • Previous experience in RESIDENTIAL, HIGH END construction management -- A MUST
  • Familiarity with EXCEL-BUILDER TREND 
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
